TXT Novigo, leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT group, is looking for a **Full-Stack Developer** to expand its custom development teams. ### Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with at least 4 years of experience, solid knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for innovative web solutions. The resource will be involved in the software development cycle, focusing on the design and development of web applications, in collaboration with the Project Manager and the Technical Leader. In addition to mastering the technologies listed below, the desired candidate: * Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; * Manages their activities autonomously and respects deadlines; * Is predisposed to teamwork and collaboration; * Wishes to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends; * Possesses good knowledge of technical English. ### Required Technical Skills: * Experience in full-stack web development in professional contexts. * Mastery of main development and architectural patterns (microservices). * Knowledge and use of Rest APIs. * Knowledge of C# and the .NET framework for web application development. * Knowledge of Java (Quarkus, Spring, Spring Boot frameworks) and Angular; * Advanced JavaScript skills with a particular focus on: React and its ecosystem, state management and component lifecycle, front-end performance optimization.
* SQL knowledge and relational database design. ### Preferential Technical Skills: * Practical experience with low-code development platforms for Enterprise projects. * Advanced use of GIT for: distributed version control, branch and merge management, effective collaboration with development teams. * Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB. * Experience in integrating AWS managed services. * Experience with AI Agents integration. ### Why choose TXT Novigo? * We believe our people are our most important asset.
