Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Senior IT Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Food & Beverage industry in Milan, Italy?

? Your missions?

- Coordinate business and technical requirements across multiple IT and infrastructure domains, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives.
- Manage international project teams, vendors and stakeholders across different time zones, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
- Lead project governance meetings, technical workshops and steering committees, ensuring clear decisions, actions and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, deliverables and critical dependencies.
- Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation and overall project performance.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and actions, escalating critical topics to senior management when required.
- Prepare executive status reports, portfolio updates, presentations, business cases and decision papers.
- Ensure project documentation, governance processes and collaboration tools are properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

✍️ Your profile?

- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, with experience across multiple IT solution or infrastructure domains.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, financial management, cost control and stakeholder management.
- Fluent Italian and professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and international environment.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in Networking, Cloud or Connectivity projects would be a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams would be an advantage.

? Compensation & Pay Transparency

- Permanent employment: Gross Annual Salary Range: EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000.
- Freelance: Daily rate range: EUR 220 – EUR 280/day.
- Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
- During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.

Work model: The position is predominantly remote, with on-site presence in Milan required approximately twice per month.
