Your technical expertise and collaborative approach will help organizations achieve their full potential through our PLM solutions. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullipbAnalyze and specify /b project requirements in partnership with customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives /p /lilipbDevelop technical solutions /b based on Siemens PLM products that translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications and robust implementations /p /lilipbDesign and deploy /b solutions that are reliable and effective,
supporting customers through validation and production deployment /p /lilipbCollaborate with project managers /b to guarantee alignment with project goals, track delivery progress, and maintain schedules in line with the project plan /p /lilipbContribute to work-package estimation /b , including scheduling and effort planning for assigned tasks /p /lilipbFoster a collaborative team environment /b by actively supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive working atmosphere /p /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pullipbDegree or equivalent experience /b in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background /p /lilipbProgramming knowledge /b in one or more languages (C, C++, JavaScript) and familiarity with web frameworks (AngularJS, React) /p /lilipbSolid understanding /b of web markup languages (HTML5, CSS3) /p /lilipbProficiency /b with MS Office applications /p /lilipbStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities /b , with the ability to think through complex technical challenges /p /lilipbExcellent communication skills /b with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in team settings /p /lilipbNative or fluent Italian speaker /b with fluent English proficiency /p /lilipbValid driving license /b and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided)
