In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to optimize process quality and account performance. You'll drive revenue retention and growth through thoughtful account strategies and cross-functional coordination, shaping long-term value for PayPal's merchants. Responsabilità
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence process quality
- Determine actions to improve processes and efficiency
- Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and manage account health and performance
- Provide analytical insights to support business decisions




- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with PayPal's vision
- Oversee onboarding, integration, and customer experience for merchants
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with account plans
- Forecast revenue and report sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
- Experience in account management, client success, or sales in payments/tech/finance
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry and merchant needs
- Proven success in growing accounts and achieving sales quotas
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinker with track record of delivering results
