About The Role

This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who combines the rigor of top-tier strategy consulting with hands-on ownership of execution. You will sit at the center of the company, partnering directly with the COO and CEO to drive strategic priorities, run the executive cadence, and personally lead the company's most important cross-functional initiatives — from integrations and organizational transformation to process simplification and automation. This role requires someone who can operate with minimal oversight, translate ambiguity into structured action,



and move seamlessly between boardroom-level strategy and the operational detail needed to make it real.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and COO to define, track, and drive company-wide strategic priorities and initiatives
- Own the cadence and content for executive team meetings — agendas, materials, follow-ups, and decision tracking
- Oversee business performance and proactively identify areas where corrective action is needed; foster a success-oriented, accountable environment across the leadership team
- Translate strategic decisions into concrete actions with clear owners, timelines, and accountability
- Act as a proxy for the CEO and COO in select meetings and decisions, representing their priorities and judgment accurately
- Work autonomously while ensuring CEO and COO expectations are consistently met and exceeded
