Job Summary
Under the direction of the CIO, and in collaboration with other senior leadership team members, this senior technology leadership position is responsible for defining, governing, and executing the organization's enterprise data and analytics strategy. The position serves as the primary strategist for data warehousing, business intelligence, and clinical and operational analytics; owning the architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous evolution of the analytics ecosystem, including Epic Caboodle/Cogito, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and cross-system reporting. The position drives the transition from a fragmented reporting environment to a governed, Epic-forward, data-driven organization while maintaining reliable current-state reporting.
