Senior Brand & Communications Lead – International
The Role
We are looking for a senior communications and brand professional to lead the international evolution of a fast-growing technology company operating across multiple European markets.
The company is already established across several EU markets, with a growing customer base and an ambitious international expansion plan. The communications function now needs someone who has already managed brand and communications across different European markets, someone who can take a brand voice that has worked in one country and reshape it so that it carries credibility and consistency across multiple markets, without losing its distinctive identity.
The foundations are already in place: a strong product, an established content presence and significant traction with professional customers. The next step is to build one confident international voice, together with the systems and processes required to scale communications as new markets are added and the team grows.
You will set editorial and brand direction,
define and evolve the company's tone of voice for a multi-market, multilingual audience, and work closely with senior leadership, Marketing, Product and Sales to ensure that everything published builds credibility, engagement and brand equity.
What You'll Do
Brand & International Communications

Own the brand and communications strategy across multiple European markets, with full accountability for strategy, execution, measurement and continuous improvement.

Define and evolve the company's editorial voice as the business scales, ensuring consistency across languages, cultures and markets.

Adapt and localise brand messaging rather than simply translating content from one market to another.

Build and maintain relationships with relevant media, journalists and influencers across key European markets.

Identify and manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships with senior professionals
