We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team based in Venice, CA
Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly,

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS, etc.) while supporting employee growth through ongoing training, guidance, and motivation.
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the successful execution of the Venchi Service Model.
- Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful.
- Monitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) to reach company
