Our commitment: to satisfy a universal right, well-being, through the marketing of increasingly eco-efficient solutions, respectful of the environment and adapted to the needs of each person.About the RoleWe are looking for an organized, proactive and reliable Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Faenza office.ResponsibilitiesManage office facilities, maintenance, utilities and external service providers.Coordinate company cars, including assignments, contracts, maintenance, insurance and related costs.Organize hotel and business travel bookings.Coordinate the setup and inventory of company laptops, phones and other equipment, in collaboration with IT.Support commission validation and year-end premio management for agencies and customers.Handle personnel administration, including timecards, onboarding, HR documentation,
safety training and medical checks.Manage purchase requisitions, supplier coordination, contracts and document archiving.Support the preparation of dashboards, reports and personnel cost analysis.QualificationsPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations or Facilities Coordinator.Fluent English, at least B2 level.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with BI tools.Experience with ERP systems or business management software.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Experience in fleet, facilities or supplier management is an advantage.Reliability, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.If you are a hands-on professional who enjoys managing varied responsibilities and working with different teams, we would be pleased to hear from you.
