Overview
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee field activities during wind farm installation, ensuring safety, quality, and planning standards. You'll work closely with Site Manager, Logistics, Purchasing and subcontractors to deliver on-site tasks from assembly to final tests. You'll provide technical assistance, manage punch lists, and monitor unloading and in-tower work, contributing to efficient project delivery in a multi-country portfolio.

Responsabilità
- Supervise on-site safety and quality
- Oversee lifting, turbine preparation, and inspections
- Support in-tarm or inside-turbine work during assembly
- Create punch lists and report non-conformances
- Ensure proper unloading and component handling, and repairs
- Report on safety, cost planning,



quality improvements, and deviations

Requisiti fondamentali
- High school diploma plus 2–3 years in construction management or equivalent
- 1–2 years of site and team management experience
- Knowledge of safety, management procedures, electrical instruments, APIs and technical docs
- Wind sector experience is valuable
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead crises
