--Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a Casale Cremasco Plant Lab Junior Analyst to join the Quality Department of the BU Cheese, at the Casale Cremasco (CR) plant. The resource will be responsible for:Performing control checks on raw materials, semi-finished products, environmental samples and finished products, ensuring compliance with defined chemical-physical and microbiological parameters; Managing laboratory instruments (calibration and maintenance); Ensuring product conformity to technical data sheet specifications and official analysis methods; Performing tasting and evaluation of products according to specific internal evaluation parameters; Managing the retrieval of finished product samples to carry out analyses at external laboratories,
