They take great pride in developing lasting relationships, building strong rapport and using their communication and consultative selling skills to position the right Dell Technologies solutions across a defined medium business territory. /p pJoin us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an ISAE - Medium Business on our Inside Sales team in Milan. /p h3What you'll achieve: /h3 pAs an ISAE - Medium Business, you will own a portfolio of medium business accounts, developing and expanding relationships with new and existing customers and partners, consulting on how Dell Technologies products and services fit into their business and IT roadmap. /p h3You will: /h3 ul liBuild and grow relationships with medium business customers and partners based on deep knowledge of our technology, products and services /li liAct as the primary point of contact for your account set, driving end-to-end sales cycles primarily via phone, web and email /li liWork closely with field/Outside Sales Representatives,
channel partners and distributors to drive joint account plans and acquire new opportunities /li liProactively prospect, qualify and develop new accounts within your territory while expanding share of wallet in existing customers /li liAccurately forecast and manage your pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets /li /ul pTake the first step towards your dream career /p pEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role: /p h3Essential Requirements: /h3 ul liKnowledge of applicable technology, products and services /li liAbility to identify how these products and services align to medium business customer and partner needs /li liCapacity to be a results-oriented teammate, able to manage a defined territory and account portfolio /li liStrong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills /li liPrevious experience in a sales position, preferably in B2B or account management /li /ul h3Desirable Requirements: /h3 ul li4-6 years of relevant experience in inside sales or account management, ideally covering medium business customers /li liExperience working in a multinational, fast-paced technology environment /li /ul pDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
