and fermentation teams to help shape a living botanical philosophy across Borgo.We are searching for someone who:Has a deep understanding of medicinal herbs, plant energetics, extractions, tinctures, teas, oils, hydrosols, and natural remediesUnderstands both traditional herbal wisdom and modern wellness approachesFeels inspired by gardens, biodiversity, foraging, and seasonal livingCan create meaningful guest experiences and teach with warmth, depth, and authenticityHas a natural aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for beauty, ritual, and craftsmanshipThe role may include:Creating herbal remedies, tinctures, botanical preparations, teas, and wellness ritualsWorking closely with our gardens and estate to identify and cultivate medicinal plantsCollaborating with our spa, chefs, and fermentation team on botanical projects and seasonal conceptsLeading workshops, walks, and intimate educational experiences for guestsHelping develop Borgo’s herbal philosophy and botanical wellness offeringsExploring ancient Tuscan, Mediterranean, and global herbal traditions in a contemporary and refined wayThis is not a conventional wellness role.It is an opportunity to become part of a deeply nature-led environment where hospitality, healing, beauty, gastronomy, and botanical knowledge come together.
