(shipboard experience preferred) /liliAbility to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly involving monetary units and calculating odds and percentages. /liliAbility to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding gaming rules and regulations. /liliAbility to observe and recognize payout accuracy, Dealer behavior and associated activities. /liliSatisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school. /liliAbility to utilize customer service skills by exercising authority and discretion to satisfy guests in manner consistent with Celebrity Connections standards.
/liliKnowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function. Ability to supervise an international team of Dealers in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work. Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or recommend termination of employment. /liliAbility to learn the financial aspects of a casino operation, including the successful identification of expense reduction through cost control. Demonstrated aptitude for the management of headcount within assigned area, as it relates to and supports the business needs of the vessel. /liliAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time. /liliWorking knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word, and or related programs. xjncmbx /liliCompletion of high school or GED required; university degree preferred. /li /ul
