Within the tax department of the Helicopters division, we are looking for a Tax Expert for our Rome office. The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Evaluate the tax profiles and impacts connected to international ventures.
- Analyze and interpret indirect tax legislation, ensuring an adequate evaluation and application of tax treatment to transactions involving the exchange of goods and provision of services, both nationally and internationally.
- Support analysis activities in direct taxation and tax compliance.
Education
Degree in Economics,
Law or related disciplines with a specialization in tax law.
Seniority:
Senior, 5-10 years of experience.
Technical knowledge and skills
- General knowledge of direct and international taxation.
- In-depth knowledge of national and EU VAT legislation.
- Experience in managing tax compliance and declarative obligations.
Behavioral skills
- Problem-solving orientation: ability to face challenges with an analytical and proactive approach, identifying effective and innovative solutions.
- Collaboration and teamwork: aptitude for working in synergy with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a cooperative and dynamic environment.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
The selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and attitudinal, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business.
At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
