Responsabilità
- Collaborate in small consulting teams to deliver client engagements
- Integrate traditional consulting methods with corporate finance techniques to develop knowledge
- Gather data, formulate and test hypotheses, and communicate recommendations
- Present results to client management and support implementation with client teams
- Receive structured training and ongoing coaching, including mentoring from partners
- Contribute to project staffing decisions with a professional development manager
- Work from Milan or Rome office within the Corporate Finance practice
- Engage on engagements related to corporate strategy, M&A;, due diligence, value-based management, ESG strategy, and IPO-related strategy
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years in strategy, corporate finance, M&A; or due diligence in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation
- Experience in corporate development or strategic finance preferred
- Intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, and problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability and collaboration in a flexible environment
