Prepare sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all Everllence ES compliance
guidelines and related offers to customers timely and accurately.
Process equipment and service enquiries and purchase orders to suppliers verify invoices from vendors.
Coordinate with logistics department, freight companies and suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and services.
Control delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with product centers.
Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements planning, arranging, and
monthly meeting schedules monitoring results.
Support achievement of financial objectives by anticipating requirements submitting information for budget
preparation monitoring costs analyzing variances.
