In this role you will lead strategic accounts and shape integrated power solutions for the European data centre market. You will engage with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, EPCs, and technology partners to position the company as a trusted partner for critical power systems. You will navigate complex buying groups, influence decisions early, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver long-term value.
This opportunity lets you drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to scalable, technology-driven infrastructure projects. You will work in a growing, international team focused on sustainable data centre power solutions.

Responsabilità
- Develop trusted executive relationships with strategic European data centre accounts
- Manage complex engagements with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, developers and investors
- Build long-term account strategies aligned with expansion and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to craft integrated power solutions
- Position technologies within broader infrastructure solutions (backup generation, BESS, switchgear, grid integration)
- Support customers through long,
consultative sales cycles
- Build and strengthen partnerships with EPC contractors, generator packagers, switchgear manufacturers, BESS providers, grid/utility tech companies, digital platform providers, engineering consultants
- Lead opportunity planning, qualification, and pipeline development; support negotiations to award
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
- 10–15 years in complex solution sales within international B2B environments
- Experience in Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, Energy Infrastructure, Grid Technologies or Industrial Electrification
- Proven track record managing strategic accounts with long cycles and xkiyazw multiple stakeholders
- Experience engaging with C-level and senior technical decision-makers
- Understanding of EPC, consultants and technology partners in project delivery models
- Fluent English and Italian required; Spanish and/or French advantageous
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Consultative, solution-oriented selling approach
- Ability to influence complex organisations without direct authority
- Experience with mission-critical infrastructure sales
- Knowledge of Backup Generation, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), switchgear, grid integration
- Understanding of data centre power solutions and utility interfaces
