We’re looking for an International Logistics Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day coordination of international freight and logistics operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate end-to-end international logistics activities, including bookings, customs clearance, line-haul transportation and last-mile delivery.
- Track shipments and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines/shipping lines, customs brokers, overseas warehouses and logistics partners.
- Proactively monitor shipment exceptions, delays and operational issues, and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Monitor logistics performance across transit times, costs and service levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support logistics supplier management, including performance tracking, issue resolution and service reviews.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, operational data and relevant documentation.
- Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in international logistics, freight forwarding,
cross-border logistics, supply chain or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related discipline are desirable.
- Good understanding of international freight, customs clearance and end-to-end logistics processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with overseas partners and manage business correspondence.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, courier or parcel logistics is highly regarded.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-moving environment.
