We are currently looking for a

Junior Member of the team, with a staged :

Support phase

Investment phase In the first phase the candidate will quickly take ownership, liasing with the relevant external suppliers, of the following Support and Office Management activities:

Management of the Investment Team agendas;

Organization of business trips and events;

Administration;

Office management;

Business development support;

General support to the Investment Team in the day-by-day operations

From the beginning, the candidate will have exposure to the key Investment Team activities and will have the opportunity to learn very fast how a high-quality investment process is planned, executed and controlled.

Based on the performance in the Support phase, the candidate is then expected to gradually become a member of the Investment Team, initially in an Analyst role, with the following indicative activities:

Due diligence, analysis and monitoring of financial instruments (stocks, bonds, Funds) in the liquid/public and illiquid/private markets;

Monitoring and analysis of macro trends to inform strategic and tactical asset allocation;

Consolidation, reporting and cost controlling (including maintenance/development of internal tools and models, mainly in Excel, and process efficiency/automation initiatives);

Client presentations

It is envisaged that the Junior Member will start with a 6-months internship contract,



that can turn into a full-time contract based on results achieved.

Main requirements

High level of integrity

Entrepreneurial, ambitious but low profile, positive attitude, team worker

Excellent planner and diligent organizer, reliable, accurate, with attention to details

Strong problem-solving attitude, curious and proactive in learning and adopting new tools and technologies

Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent with high pass mark

Relevant study or work experience abroad

Internship and/or first working experience in the wealth management, asset management or financial services sector

Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent (C1 IELTS level equivalent or higher) in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus)

Advanced and fast Excel skills, including the ability to build models and tools from scratch (not just use existing ones); proficient with Word, PowerPoint and standard tools (Outlook, Zoom, Teams); comfortable managing and organizing files on cloud drives (Google Drive/OneDrive). Familiarity with financial data platforms (e.g. Bloomberg) is a plus

Genuine interest in numbers and quantitative analysis, with the ability to write effective prompts and use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code) to solve problems and streamline work. Exposure to programming or modern development concepts (e.g. Python, SQL/databases, Next. xysqume js/web frameworks, Supabase, VBA) through studies or prior experience is a plus.
