Your Role
The Sr Engineering Manager of Material Innovation serves as the strategic and operational bridge between Product Development, R&D;, and Operations, ensuring that innovation is translated into industrial solutions quickly, efficiently, and with high quality.
This role is responsible for embedding design for manufacturing and design for agility principles into the development process from the earliest stages, so that new products, processes, and technologies are not only innovative, but also scalable, robust, and ready for rapid deployment across manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and deployment of innovative materials that enable product differentiation, improve performance, and support business growth objectives while aligning with long-term innovation and technology roadmaps;
- Ensure material solutions are developed with manufacturing capabilities and constraints in mind, embedding Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles from the earliest stages of product and technology development;
- Evaluate the influence of materials on product quality, process robustness, technology performance, and operational reliability, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable at
