Overview
In this hands-on role you will design and build AI-enabled customer experience experiences within Genesys Cloud, turning concepts into reusable assets for sales, partners, and customers. You’ll work across CX, AI, and integration domains to deliver practical, scalable experiences that demonstrate value of orchestration and automation. You’ll stay current with AI capabilities and translate technical work into clear business outcomes, driving speed from idea to implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilità
- Design, build, test, and iterate AI and Agentic Virtual Agent experiences in Genesys Cloud
- Create lightweight apps, integrations, and automations using Genesys Cloud APIs/SDKs
- Apply AI-first development practices across design, coding, testing, and documentation
- Turn prototypes into scalable, reusable experience assets for GTM and customers
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to identify repeatable use cases and gaps
- Stay updated on Genesys Cloud AI capabilities and trends and turn knowledge into practical solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Hands-on app development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python)
- Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, authentication/OAuth, JSON, webhooks, Git
- Proven use of AI-first development environments across solution design and iteration
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and business value
- Experience designing/building AI-powered CX solutions, virtual agents, or agentic workflows
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and orchestration
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders
- English and Italian fluency
