Overview

In this role, you act as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers and partners, handling the end-to-end policy lifecycle with accuracy and timely communication. You will collaborate with underwriters and AXA XL offices globally to ensure smooth policy issuance, bookings, and premium flows. You contribute to process improvements and help optimize workflows and technology tools. The position sits within the Italy Operations team, supporting a high-quality service culture across multiple regions. This is a frontier role for managing complex risk coverage and multi-country client service with a strong emphasis on relationship management and data integrity.

Responsabilità

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers and external parties
- Collaborate with underwriters and AXA XL offices to ensure timely handling of accounts




- Verify and review policy documents, invoices, and premiums across the policy lifecycle
- Communicate status of contracts and premiums to clients and internal teams
- Monitor premium flows and related transactions to maintain smooth processes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support workflow and tool development

Requisiti fondamentali

- Administrative and/or customer-facing experience in complex organizations
- Fluent in Italian and English (B2-C1 CEFR)
- Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and deadline management
- Team player with ability to learn independently and work in a team
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in insurance industry is advantageous
