Managing a team of two HR professionals, the successful candidate will act as the key HR reference for the plant, combining strategic vision with a strong operational mindset. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Activities /strong /ppbr/pulliLead and oversee all HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations. /liliAct as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team, supporting organizational development and business performance. /liliLead, coach and develop the local HR team. /liliDrive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives. /liliPromote employee engagement and support change management projects. /liliManage compensation and benefits processes in alignment with corporate guidelines. /liliPrepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts and cost controlling activities, providing regular reporting and KPI analysis. /liliManage industrial relations, maintaining constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
