pstrongPOSITION SUMMARY: /strong /ppbrAumenti le sue possibilità di arrivare alla fase del colloquio leggendo la descrizione completa del lavoro e candidandosi tempestivamente.br/ppManage and develop the objectives of the Surgical BU which bases its main pillars in the minimally invasive surgery sector (MiniLap® Percutaneous Surgical System to Weck® Hem-o-lok® Polymer Locking Ligation System, and Weck EFx® Shield™ Fascial Closure System) and Stoma Care devices (as exclusive Welland distributor for Italy). The assigned territory will be west Sicily (the whole of Sicily only for Stoma care devices) /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pp· Owner of the sales process being responsible for the promotional activity on your territory. /ppbr/pp· Identify and support field sales efforts through customer needs assessment, product training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up (i.e., letters, approved product information, samples). /ppbr/pp· Constant presence and support in the operating room. /ppbr/pp· Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. /ppbr/pp· Reporting on territory sales result (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually). /ppbr/pp· Participate in scientific and promotional activities at all identified local, regional, and exhibitions (this may also include training and presentations). /ppbr/pp· Work cooperatively with Corporate Accounts to support corporate customers (GPO’s, IDN’s, government facilities, etc.) with product information, product training,
accurate cross-references and other technical information about Teleflex Medical products. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: /strong /ppbr/pp· Educated to degree level in Healthcare or Nursing or with a proven equivalent work experience in the clinical specialty area, medical device sales or medical product training (as Sales representative/Territory Manager/Sales Specialist) this role would suit an individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience selling into the laparoscopic market. /ppbr/pp· Able to support Surgical procedures in the Operating room. /ppbr/pp· Proven knowledge and relationship with main stakeholders within the territory: General Surgeons, Urologists, Gynecologists, Purchase Departments. /ppbr/pp• Proven written and oral English knowledge – B2 level desirable. /ppbr/pp• General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. /ppbr/pp· Familiarity with CRM and sales tools. /ppbr/pp· Preferably province based: Palermo /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongSPECIALIZED SKILLS OTHER REQUIREMENTS: /strong /ppbr/pp· Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant medical device industry and Company regulations and compliance standards. /ppbr/pp· Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. /ppbr/pp· Ability to work with internal teams to resolve any operational or logistical challenges impacting sales. xjncmbx /ppbr/pp· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. /ppbr/ppstrongBudgeted Salary Range: /strong 40.000€ - 55.000€ /p
