You’ll be the right hand of our General Manager, acting as the operational heartbeat of the hostel and overseeing the team to ensure the YellowSquare vibe stays alive in the city of style.Work closely with a passionate, international team that values creativity, community, and collaboration;

Enjoy a dynamicwork environment in the heart of Milan, where no two days are the same and your impact is real.What you’ll be doing:Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;





Serving as a daily point of reference for the team — ensuring tasks are clear, energy is high, and operations run smoothly;

Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive and kicking;

Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows to keep everything moving across different departments;

Assistingwith admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations.What you should have:5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;

Strong Reception & F&B; exposure: solid experience with guest flow/PMS and proficiency in bartending (speed, quality, and service standards);

Strong leadership skills: the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a dynamic team;

A people-first mindset, staying calm and solution-oriented even under pressure;

High proficiency in spoken Eng
