ph3Mission /h3pWe are looking for a Construction Safety Senior Engineer, registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99. /ppThe role is focuses on ensuring the safety of construction operations in the infrastructure environment. (e.g. the construction site’s safety processes and procedures, equipment, workers, ecc...) with the cooperation of Principal Engineer. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliIdentify, assess and mitigate safety construction risks, ensuring that all projects comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards /liliEnsure that all construction activities comply with the applicable local, state, and / or federal safety regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures /liliConduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and unsafe conditions. Develop and drive the implementation corrective actions as needed, to assure compliance with safety and health program requirements; prepare technical reports of inspection findings; and develop corrective actions /liliAssist in the development of project-specific safety plans, risk assessments, and method statement /liliConduct through investigations of accidents and near misses, report findings, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence /liliVerify safety training to construction personnel, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as required /liliVerify or develop the emergency response plans for each construction site, ensuring that all personnel are aware of procedures /liliPerform or verify risk assessments for various construction activities and propose control measures to mitigate potential risks. /liliVerify the proper use, maintenance,



and availability of safety equipment and personal protective gear /liliProvide direct day-to-day support and oversight of project elements /liliBe able to team-work and assist engineers or engineering teams on construction sites /liliDevelop project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced engineers /liliPrepare or verify the technical deliverables (technical reports, Health Safety Plan, Safety and Coordination Plan, project performance documentations and engineering drawings, etc.) /liliPrepare progress technical reports /liliBe aware and understand the Quality Policy and ensuring that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMandatory requirement: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato). /liliEducation: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED in Construction, Environment or Civil Engineering is required. /liliExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management, with a proven track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks on construction sites. Experience in developing and implementing safety programs and conducting safety training is required. /liliKnowledge: Thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations and industry standards such as OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, etc. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and equipment. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and emergency response procedures is essential. /liliTraining in safety construction: Construction Safety Coordinator qualification(CSP/CSE DLgs 81/08) /liliLanguages:
