In this role you will define the global indirect procurement strategy and lead a multinational team to drive cost efficiency across the organization. You will align policies with internal stakeholders and manage demand and supplier relationships to smooth the procurement process. You will shape the purchasing function, mentor senior colleagues, and function as a strategic partner to enable Datalogic's broad business objectives.

This is an impactful leadership role at a global scale with cross-functional collaboration and a clear focus on delivering measurable results.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Annual base salary (RAL) 80,000–90,000

Responsabilità
- Maintain market knowledge to guide internal stakeholders and flag supply risks
- Design and improve indirect procurement policies and procedures
- Align and deploy strategy, policies,



and procedures with internal stakeholders
- Forecast demand for goods and services and identify purchase sources
- Manage relationships with internal strategic stakeholders to ensure proactive involvement
- Support business owners in external stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth procurement
- Lead, motivate, and develop the global indirect purchasing team

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree xkiyazw in Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- 10 years of experience in Purchasing with at least 5 years in leadership in multinational organizations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Results orientation

- Market analysis and supplier risk assessment
- Big data analysis and reporting for procurement decisions
