About the Role The role involves managing the growing of sales and market share with assigned accounts in Italy, developing and maintaining contractor accounts, and reporting on market opportunities and developments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies within the region to achieve profitability.
- Promote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients across the assigned territory, attend industry events.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, electronic or water industry.
Pay range and compensation package
Employment terms & compensation: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria
Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ – 40.000€
Company car
Variable Compensation: Sales Premio & Eligibility for the Premio di Risultato (PDR), in accordance with the applicable company agreement. Applications from candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered. The final job level and compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications. xkiyazw
