To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.
You Will
- Manage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verifying their accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM and processing payments in a timely manner
- Establish payments through bank transfers, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms
- Handle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis
- Prepare and draft monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claims
- Apply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
- Collaborate closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently and with precision
You Are
- Fluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or a related field)
- Experienced, with at least 6-12 months in an accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles
- Organized and deadline-driven, with a high sense of responsibility for managing multiple tasks
- Confident working under pressure, with strong interpersonal and team-working skills
- Based in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position)
