The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services. Candidates must have a strong background in investment banking processes and client-facing experience. /ppbr/ppbKey /b bResponsibilities /b: /pp• Conduct financial analysis, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis for potential transactions. /pp• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other transaction-related materials for client presentations. /pp• Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, including due diligence and financial feasibility assessments. /pp• Collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals and negotiate terms with clients and counterparties. /pp• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting investment banking. /ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience, preferably in MA,
