Stiamo costruendo il team che porterà a Torino uno dei temi più attuali dell'agenda climatica: come rendere la transizione ecologica non solo rapida, ma anche giusta ed equa .
Just in Clime è un progetto di ricerca e innovazione di Horizon Europe che riunisce 16 partner in 13 paesi. GGG è l'unico partner italiano e guida il pilota urbano, lavorando con le comunità per co-costruire indicatori, roadmap e strumenti per una transizione climatica giusta.
È un ruolo trasversale, che unisce project management europeo, ricerca applicata e facilitazione di processi partecipativi sul territorio . Ti occuperai di:
▪️ monitoraggio del piano di lavoro e rendicontazione HE
▪️ relazioni con il coordinatore e i partner internazionali
▪️ mappatura degli stakeholder e workshop partecipativi nei quartieri
▪️ ricerca sui piani climatici e sulle buone pratiche europee
Cosa cerchiamo: laurea magistrale in ambito politico, sociale, ambientale o urbano; almeno un anno di esperienza in progetti europei , nella facilitazione e nell’organizzazione di eventi e laboratori partecipati; inglese fluente (B2/C1); e una vera passione per la giustizia climatica.

? Green Growth Generation is hiring a Project Officer for the Just in Clime project
We're building the team that will bring to Turin one of the most pressing questions on the climate agenda: how to make the ecological transition not only fast, but also just and fair .
Just in Clime is a Horizon Europe research and innovation project bringing together 16 partners across 13 countries. GGG is the only Italian partner and leads the urban pilot, working with the communities of three Turin neighbourhoods to co-create indicators, roadmaps and tools for a just climate transition.
It's a cross-cutting role that combines European project management, applied research and the facilitation of participatory processes on the ground. You will:
▪️ track the work plan and support Horizon Europe reporting
▪️ manage relations with the coordinator and international partners, in English
▪️ map stakeholders and run participatory workshops in the neighbourhoods
▪️ research local climate plans and European good practices
What we're looking for: a Master's degree in political, social, environmental or urban studies; at least one year of experience in European projects , facilitation and event organisation ; fluent English (B2/C1); and a genuine passion for climate justice.
