This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning multiple countries to augment the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbCloud Platform Management /b /pulliDesign, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructures on Azure and AWS. /liliSupport AI and GenAI platform services, ensuring availability, scalability, and performance. /liliImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform. /li /ulpbOperations Reliability /b /pulliMonitor cloud services and workloads through observability platforms. /liliSupport incidents and problem management. /liliEnsure platform resilience, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

/li /ulpbGenerative AI Platform Support /b /pulliSupport deployment and operation of GenAI services such as: Azure foundry Ai or AWS Bedrock /li /ulpbSecurity Compliance /b /pulliEnsure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements. /liliManage cloud identity and access management (EntraID, Cognito, etc..) /liliSupport vulnerability assessment and remediation activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skill /b /ppbEssential knowledge and requirements /b /ppbr/pulliHands-on experience in Enterprise projects based on Generative AI technologies such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, and similar platforms. /liliBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. /lili3 / 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Cloud Operations. /liliLLM concepts. /liliPrompt Engineering. /liliKubernetes / AKS / EKS. /liliContainer security and orchestration. /liliCloud Networking fundamentals. /liliCI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have /b /pulliUnified platform for data, analytics, and AI like Databricks /liliScripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell. /liliGoogle Cloud /liliVector Databases. /liliObservability approach and tools /liliHabit of working in international environments cooperating with different teams and countries /liliExperience supporting enterprise production environments.
