This position reports to:
Maintenance Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
The role will act as a technical interface between Maintenance, Production, Engineering and external suppliers, combining hands-on troubleshooting support with data analysis, maintenance performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Supporting maintenance technicians in the troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures, ensuring effective and timely interventions.
- Coordinating external suppliers and service providers,
from intervention planning and technical support through to verification of completed activities.
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting maintenance and breakdown data for monitoring and improve maintenance KPIs
- Managing and leveraging the CMMS to ensure accurate maintenance records, preventive maintenance activities and analysis of equipment history.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of maintenance performance and support data-driven decision making.
- Supporting the Engineering team in the improvements of existing equimenets and installation, commissioning and start-up of new equipment and automation systems.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving maintenance processes, equipment performance and overall production efficiency.
