Job DescriptionLead and develop a high-performing Embedded Software team, driving the design and delivery of innovative Linux-based embedded solutions for next-generation products.

Contribute directly to the development of embedded systems, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvementDrive technical strategy and architectural decisions for Linux-based embedded platformsPlan and coordinate development activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standardsContribute hands-on to design, development, and debugging of complex embedded softwareEnsure best practices in coding, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, system engineering, QA, product management)Manage technical risks, support problem resolution, and drive root cause analysisMonitor and improve system performance,
