We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Billing Specialist to join our team. Billing is more than just issuing invoices…! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing within complex organizational environments, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. What Will You Do: Main Responsabilities:Manage the complete invoicing process related to the different Logistics services offered to customers in our several Italy sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax legislation; Create and maintain customer profiles,



including tariff setupConstantly interface with Sales Department to apply commercial contract conditionPrepare and manage reports to ensure accurate invoice allocation and registration, liaising with the Controlling department for data alignment. Key Projects:Process improvements aiming to optimize the entire billing process flowsAutomation of billing data through interfacing with operational systemsCarry out invoice leakage auditsContribute to strategic and ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Almost 5 years of experience in a similar role within complex companies, preferably in the logistics, supply chain or services sector. Interests in process optimizationPreferred Master’s degree in Economics or related fieldEnglish Knowledge Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Strong team player with a proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
