Train customers and other personnel in the company's product line. Participate in operator and service training annually. Attend sales meetings as needed. Attend and coordinate regional and national trade shows. Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas. Maintain up-to-date CRM logging, daily contacts, account contact and asset information, and sales opportunities. Meet sales objectives and supply monthly and rolling 90-day New Business forecast based on customer interaction and CRM data. Submit monthly accomplishment report. Submit expense report on a timely basis. Assist with development of competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity.
Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard policies and procedures (SPP). Extensive travel required – 75%.
