As an Offering Sales Practitioner Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), and Captive solutions, from opportunity identification through deal closure. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will shape tailored solutions, build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop compelling proposals, and drive growth across industries and geographies. You will also leverage market insights, industry trends, and Accenture's capabilities to help clients design and scale high-impact GCC, GBS, BOT, and Captive operating models.
Job SummaryDrive pipeline growth and improve win rates by leveraging a strong understanding of GCC, GBS and Captive models, services and market dynamicsUnderstand the client's industry context, business priorities and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to position Accenture's GCC, GBS and Captive services, assets and expertise in line with their needsAct as a trusted advisor to clients throughout solution shaping and delivery setup, bringing together relevant Accenture solutions and capabilities and leading Go-to-Market activitiesEnsure differentiated outcomes for clients by aligning solutions with their expectations, business needs and contractual commitmentsShape solutions across key service areas, including Automation, Recruitment, Transition, Captive Assist and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), while driving strategic,
financial and operational decisions across active dealsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
For this position, the job level is A1 under the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement (C011). The gross annual salary range is between 50.000 and 78.500 .Skills and QualificationsExperienced sales professional with a strong track record in business development, sales or consulting, ideally within a multinational environmentProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, pipeline growth, and business development objectivesStrong understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, Captive models, or BOT engagementsExcellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsFluent Italian and English with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholdersNice to Have QualificationsAdditional language skills such as Dutch, or FrenchExperience in enterprise functions such as Finance & Accounting, Procurement, HR, Marketing, or other corporate services domainsPrevious experience selling or shaping transformation, outsourcing, shared services, captive, or operating model solutionsAbout AccentureAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world's leading businesses,
