Romazzino a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda is looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team for the 2027 season.

You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury services to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsabilities:

· Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

· Lead and support the restaurant team.

· Deliver personalised and attentive guest service.

· Coordinate effectively with the culinary team.

· Monitor service quality, standards, and inventory.

· 2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience,



preferably in a hotel or resort.

· Strong leadership and team-management skills.

· Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities.

· Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations.

· Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred

· Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo (Confindustria);

· Learning & development activities;

· Uniform dry cleaning;
