IFH – Italian Food Hubble specializes in sourcing and trading fresh fruits, vegetables, and selected Italian food specialties. We work directly with trusted producers to deliver quality, freshness, traceability, and authentic Italian products to international markets.

We are looking for a Buyer – FOOD for a full-time hybrid role based in Salerno.

The Buyer will manage supplier sourcing, price and contract negotiations, purchase orders, product quality, availability, and delivery performance. The role involves close collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance teams, as well as monitoring market trends and seasonality.

- Experience in food purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
- Knowledge of fresh produce and/or Italian food products
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Confidence with spreadsheets, ERP, and digital tools
- Fluent Italian and good working English
- Previous experience in the food sector
