ph3Job Description /h3 pAs an OEM Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for profitably increasing the sales and market share that Victaulic holds in these disciplines within the NE Italian region. This will be accomplished by developing a thorough understanding of our OEM value stream and the use of Victaulic solutions in these systems, while applying the Victaulic Sales Team Strategy and the Goals Objectives process. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDevelop and implement a yearly business plan aligned with the team strategy, achieving market, product, and profitability targets through a consistent, project‑ and account‑driven Goals Objectives process, using Salesforce as the central platform for information, operations, and communication. /li liEstablish project and account priorities by conducting a thorough review of the major owners and key players in each segment. /li liCoordinate closely with line sales and regional management within the territory to maximize business results through a collaborative team approach. /li liTarget a designated and mutually agreed number of accounts, with progress measured and reported through the specification development program. /li liDrive complete account development by designing and executing a strategy to promote and sell the full range of Victaulic products. /li liCollaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on strategic planning for all OEM sales activities within the territory. /li liStay informed about market trends, competitive activity, pricing developments, and new product introductions.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liYou will be active in the NE Italian region, and you are comfortable working in an international environment. /li liYou have written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. /li liYou hold a degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or you can demonstrate equivalent technical expertise. /li liYou are familiar or experienced with the piping business, or you can demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the necessary technical knowledge and skills. /li liYou have a strong commercial mindset, result-driven, resilient, and a customer‑oriented approach. /li liYou have an affinity with the OEM sector. /li liYou are willing to travel as required, primarily within the Italian region, but international travel may sometimes also occur. /li liYou maintain an active and professional presence on relevant industry networks and within industry associations, in alignment with your manager and Victaulic’s marketing objectives. /li /ul h3What Working At Victaulic Offers /h3 ul liAn attractive renumeration package with a premio system. /li liYour career with us is a journey toward success.
