ullistrongRole /strong: MA Corporate Attorney (Remote) /lilistrongLocation /strong: Remote (Work from Anywhere) /li /ulpbrNon aspetti a candidarsi dopo aver letto questa descrizione: per questa opportunità è previsto un elevato volume di candidature.br/ppstrongRole Overview: /strong /ppWe are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a full-time -based MA Corporate Securities Attorney to oversee securities filings, corporate governance, and transactional compliance. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pp• Draft and review merger and acquisition agreements, disclosure documents, and proxy statements. /pp• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, including SEC filings such as Forms S-1, S-3, 8-K, and 10-K. /pp• Advise on corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder meeting documentation. /pp• Conduct due diligence for MA transactions and securities offerings. /pp• Liaise with external counsel, investment banks, and regulatory bodies as needed. /ppbr/ppstrongRequired Skills Qualifications: /strong /pp• Licensed attorney in good standing with experience in securities law. /pp• Minimum 5 years of experience in MA and corporate law,
