We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor . The position has been created to support the establishment and development of the company's management control and accounting structure. The role will oversee the Accounting function, with a specific focus on service‐related revenue processes. The company aims to strengthen the Accounting Supervisor function to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the full accounting cycle.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire accounting cycle (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger) up to the pre‐tax financial statements.
Supervise service revenue accounting, ensuring correct recognition, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with business operations. Coordinate and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Monthly management control activities, ensuring basic financial monitoring and timely reporting Ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards and internal control requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and audit activities. Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, tools, and internal controls.
Provide guidance and operational oversight to the accounting team.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in account department Strong experience in accounting within service‐based organizations. Solid understanding of treasury processes and revenue recognition. Proven ability to manage end‐to‐end accounting cycles.
