ppHSPI S.p.A., a leading management consulting firm specializing in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking to strengthen its team at its Bologna office by hiring a Senior PMO. The successful candidate will be operationally based at a major client in the Insurance sector, supporting an area governance assignment with direct responsibility for Financial Management activities. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliIndependently support the planning and operational coordination of the area, overseeing the various projects within its scope /liliMaintain and monitor planning tools, including Gantt charts, milestones and activity plans /liliPrepare periodic reporting and documentation to support the client /liliManage daily interactions with the client's contacts and stakeholders, including on-site activities /liliMonitor project progress, activities and deadlines across the area, proactively identifying and reporting risks and interdependencies /liliOperationally manage Financial Management activities, including the update and monitoring of area and project budgets /liliPrepare financial reporting, monitor actuals against forecasts and identify any variances /liliSupport invoicing and cost reporting processes towards the client /li /ulh3Required Technical Skills /h3ulliSolid and proven senior-level experience in PMO/Project Management roles, preferably gained in consulting environments working directly with end clients /liliGood knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles /liliExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite,
