ppAs a bJunior Order Fulfilment Planner /b, you are responsible for demanding accuracy, operative forecasting, planning, and problem solving on global level. The NI Optical Global Demand Planner delivers competitive performance to enable Nokia's net growth and optimization of profitability. /p h3How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn /h3 ul liResponsible for global demand plan creation for planning NI ON Optics products. /li liMonitoring Customer Business Team (CBT) order income vs. demand plans and propose actions in case of deviation. /li liIdentifying and generating action-based assessments of key business and technology trends to ensure Supply Chain (SC)decisions are being made in a timely manner to ensure opportunities’ realization. /li liEnsuring close relationship with markets and getting to know the business internally and externally. /li liMonitoring Customer Business Team (CBT) bottom-up demand plans by mitigating Excess Obsolescence (EO) and lead time risks. /li liProactively influencing delivery performance through improvement of Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA). /li liHosting demand planning process including preparation or global demand planning approval meetings and-related reports to ensure supply chain performance against market requirements by considering risks in terms of supply capability and financial implication (Excess / Obsolescence (E/O)). /li liImplementing statistical planning competence in the demand planning process using statistical and analytical forecasting methods and best market knowledge to improve the DPA /li liLeading projects with significant risk and complexity and develops project strategy. Key skills and experience Acting as an acknowledged expert within a key business function. /li /ul h3Key Skills And Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Analytics.



/li liBasic Knowledge of forecasting techniques including Machine learning technique. /li liAdvanced Knowledge of Excel and PBI (Power Query, Pivot tables; Macros) to manage big data set. /li liStrong quantitative skills; ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex data clearly. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead demand review meetings and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul pIt would be nice if you also had: /p ul liKnowledge or experience in AI. /li liFluency in Italian. /li /ul h3Italy Salary range /h3 ul liAnnual Base Salary Range: 29, ,418.60 Euro /li liTarget Incentive: 7.50-10% /li liNational Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Telecommunications Sector (CCNL Telecomunicazioni). /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world. /p pNokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era.
