You will have the opportunity to work with skillful and highly motivated engineers developing thin film Lithium Niobate products for telecom, datacom and quantum photonics applications. /ppbrPuò ottenere maggiori dettagli sulla natura di questa posizione e sui requisiti per i candidati leggendo quanto segue.br/ppstrongJob Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop advanced electro-optical components and modules, with a focus on photonic and high-speed RF packaging solutions. /liliResolve technical challenges related to optical coupling, thermal management, and high-frequency electrical interconnects. /liliWork closely with NPI engineers to develop automated manufacturing processes and test workstations. /liliContribute throughout all development phases, from concept definition and prototyping through product development, qualification, and manufacturing. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to define technical requirements, specifications, and procurement requirements. /liliAct as the company’s mechanical design authority, establishing and promoting best practices across projects and product lines. /liliDefine project plans and technical deliverables to meet development schedules.
/liliProvide regular technical and project-status updates to management. xjncmbx /liliPerform assigned responsibilities with a high degree of independence and under limited supervision. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongJob Requirements: /strong /pulliAt least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles within a relevant industry /liliProven experience in the design and development of optical and electro-optical modules /liliProficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent tools /liliSolid understanding of photonics principles and devices, including optical modulators /liliGood knowledge of backend assembly processes, including soldering, adhesive bonding, thermal curing, and UV curing /liliAbility to work effectively in an international, cross-functional team environment and collaborate with employees at all organizational levels /liliNice to have: experience with Python scripting for data analysis, simulations or test development /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken /li /ulpbr/ppstrongOur commitment: /strong /ppInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /ppCompensation range: € 40.000-€ 55.000 based on experience /ppAdditional benefits: € 9/day of buoni pasto; health fund covering medical expenses; employee welfare platform /ppbr/p
