to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.#ELC FinanceThe RoleThe internship includes a comprehensive training path divided into two phases:Accounting Department – to acquire foundational knowledge of financial operations, journal entries, and invoice management. During this phase, you will support senior team members in:-daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities and month-end closure; -managing the Accounts Payable process from order to payment; -maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and fiscal regulations.Controlling Department – to develop analytical and reporting skills, and gain a full understanding of business performance monitoring. You will support senior team members in:-preparing standard daily, weekly, and monthly reports; -using data extraction tools for operational cost control; -supporting the monthly closing process and forecasting activities.This structure ensures a 360° on-the-job training experience in the Finance area.Requirements-Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; -strong analytical skills and attention to detail; -excellent knowledgeof Microsoft Excel; -proficiency in English; -basic knowledge of accounting principles; -passion and motivation for the finance and controlling field.
