Overview

In this role you drive business growth by turning media, CRM, and digital data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You’ll act as the reference for media performance and data initiatives across Purina and partner teams, shaping campaign optimization and data activation. You’ll own website analytics and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify new opportunities from data and market trends. This is an opportunity to lead data-driven decisions at scale within a global pet-care brand.

Responsabilità

- Transform complex data into actionable insights to support marketing decisions
- Monitor and interpret KPIs across media, CRM, website, database, and sales to identify improvements
- Integrate multiple data sources to drive analytics, opportunities, and data activation
- Influence media, CRM and digital strategies with data-driven recommendations
- Own Purina website analytics and owned data reporting (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Power BI, Mixpanel)
- Serve as point of contact between Media, CRM,



CMI and Commercial teams for data initiatives and monetization
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance media and data performance
- Develop high-quality reporting and storytelling for operational and executive audiences

Requisiti fondamentali

- 6+ years in data analytics, media performance and digital insights
- Strong expertise in digital analytics ecosystems (GA4, media platforms, CRM tools)
- Solid understanding of media strategy and performance marketing
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to connect media, consumer and sales data
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling
- Proactive, curious, and capable of cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
