You will design and evolve production-grade backend services for industrial Io T using Go, MQTT, Kafka, and modern distributed patterns. You own end-to-end capabilities from architecture to deployment and production reliability, collaborating across teams within Danfoss Climate Solutions. The role emphasizes building scalable data flows and reliable digital products that transform industrial data into value.

deployment and observability Translate product and customer needs into pragmatic technical solutions across engineering boundaries Build and improve event-driven data flows that reliably process Io T data Drive engineering quality through design, code reviews, test automation, secure development and CI/CD Investigate operational challenges and improve performance, scalability and maintainability of backend services Hands-on production software experience in Go Experience designing distributed or Io T backend services; MQTT familiarity; Kafka and Sparkplug B advantageous Automated testing, CI/CD and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with Git Ops; Type Script, React or AI-assisted engineering advantageous
