Overview
In this role you will manage SEL customer and channel partner relationships, translating customer needs into optimal SEL solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to forecast quarterly sales and analyze market trends, driving improvements based on feedback. You will serve as a product knowledge advocate, educating customers on SEL technology and maintaining strong commercial relationships. This position offers the opportunity to influence solution delivery and contribute to operational excellence within a global manufacturing context.
Responsabilità
- Manage and develop relationships with SEL customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and objectives; determine and deliver the optimal SEL solution.
- Build and maintain knowledge of SEL products and educate customers on SEL technology and innovation.
- Develop and deliver quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.
- Collect, analyze and report industry, competitor and customer trends.
- Collaborate to address customer feedback and product issues.
- Coordinate between customers, contracts & risk,



and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships.
- Use business tools to maintain CRM data, opportunity tracking, and sales activities.
- Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.

Requisiti fondamentali
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical sales experience
- 3+ years in electrical engineering or technical sales
- Customer-facing experience
- Ability to travel
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills and take on responsibilities
- Team-oriented collaboration
- Fluent in local language and business practices
- Background check acceptable; negative drug test
